Introduction: In recent years, the Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been taken seriously in the fields of developing, designing, constructing and operating as well as maintaining. On 1st July, 2015, Shanghai published the Shanghai Three-Year Plan for Promoting the Application of BIM (2015-2017) to propel the development of BIM technology. The summit will focus on the research and application of BIM in real estate development, operation and maintenance, and analyze the real estate market from a new perspective against the backdrop of New Normal to spawn the transformation and upgrading of the industry. The summit attracts many industry leading companies, universities, institutes, and engineers who work on designing, constructing, operating and maintaining practices. The attending experts will give their suggestions and explore future research and application of BIM technology in real estate market.
