摘要:本案例叙述了我国民营输配电设备企业正泰电气的智能制造转型过程中,机器“换”人、人“管”机器、人机协同的种种矛盾,以及机器换人后带来的系统性人力资源管理挑战。介绍了正泰电气在2015年正式提出“智能制造”战略以来,相继投入焊接机器人、钣金上下料机器人、折弯机器人、二次线剪剥压一体机等“机器换人”设备后,生产作业现场人与机器配合的“摩擦”,重点描述了机器换人后带来岗位职责与价值评估、岗位薪酬与激励等人力资源管理新难题。本案例旨在引发学员思考如何解决制造型企业在“机器换人”进程中产生的多方面人力资源管理问题。

Abstract:    This case describes the contradictions of machine “replacing” person, man “managing” machine and man-machine cooperation in the process of intelligent manufacturing transformation of CHINT, as well as the systematic human resource management challenge brought by machine replacement of  human. Since CHINT put forward the strategy of “intelligent manufacturing” in 2015, it has put into welding machine, sheet metal loading and unloading machine, bending machine, secondary line shearing and stripping machine and other equipment one after another, but it also brings “friction” of job responsibilities and machine cooperation by these machines. The purpose of this case is to encourage students to think about how to solve the multi-dimensional human resource management problems in the process of “machine replacement of human “.
