摘要:振华重工从创业伊始就瞄准国际市场,近20年来,一直占据全球港口机械市场75%以上份额。振华重工强调“不受制于人”,重视核心资源和能力建设。面对国际运营例如运输、交机(卸船、调试)的风险,振华为每次交机建立预案,由此积累了较为丰富的经验。2013以来,振华通过海外子公司的建设和运营培养了国际化人才。2020年2月以来 ,新冠疫情在全球蔓延,振华重工的国际运营置于疫情危机之中。巴西是新冠疫情最严重的国家之一,又是人口众多的发展中国家。疫情期间,振华南美子公司正好有两批卸船和交机的任务,但国内的工程师和工人无法正常派出。振华的组织韧性发挥了作用,振华南美子公司采取措施、做出适应和调整,完成了交机任务,维持了业务的基本运营。

Abstract:  Zhenhua Heavy Industry has been aiming at the international market since its inception, and has occupied more than 75% of the global port machinery market for nearly 20 years.Zhenhua Heavy Industry emphasizes “not being controlled by others” and attaches importance to core resources and capacity building.Faced with the risks of international operations such as transportation and delivery (ship unloading, commissioning), Zhenhua established preplans for each delivery, thus accumulating rich experience.Since 2013, Zhenhua has cultivated international talents through the construction and operation of overseas subsidiaries.Since February 2020, the COVID-19 has spread around the world, and Zhenhua Heavy’s international operations are in crisis.Brazil is one of the countries hardest hit by COVID-19 and a developing country with a large population.During the epidemic, Zhenhua South America subsidiary had two ships and planes to unload, but domestic engineers and workers could not be dispatched normally.The organizational resilience of Zhenhua has played a role. Zhenhua South America subsidiary has taken measures, made adaptation and adjustment, completed the delivery task and maintained the basic operation of the business.
