        要: 本案例叙述了国内运营面积最大的众创空间品牌——纳什空间的发展历程,重点描述了其A轮融资后的快速扩张与组织生长以及B轮融资后的精耕细作与组织矛盾。经历了三年粗犷式的占楼圈地后,纳什空间面临的最大问题是昔日形成的组织结构、员工团队、内部制度等组织要素已经无法跟上企业战略发展的步伐。本案例旨在引发学员思考如何进行组织诊断和组织要素设计,以确保组织内部各要素的协调适配性。

Abstract:    This case describes the development process of Nashwork, the largest co-working space company in China by focusing on the rapid expansion and internal growth after the ‘A round’ financing followed the ‘grinding stage’ and a series of problems occurred after the ‘B round’ financing. After three years of rough and fast building occupancy, the biggest problem facing Nashwork was that the old internal system such as organizational structure, staff and skills were unable to keep up with the strategic transformation. This case is designed to motivate students thinking about how to conduct organizational diagnosis and how to ensure the coordination of elements within the organization.
