摘要：2023年12月15日，在上海积塔半导体有限公司(简称“积塔”)大礼堂，执行董事张汝京博主在与同济大学经管学院有意向到积塔工作的学生交流。张汝京博士是中国半导体界的知名人士，因创办中芯国际等企业，被业界称为“中国半导体教父”。参加交流的还有积塔总经理周华博士、美国AOS半导体公司副总裁张佩英女士，以及在积塔工作的同济大学的校友。周华博士、张佩英女士均曾在张汝京博士的直接领导下在中芯国际工作。同学们对张汝京一生创办了中芯国际、新昇半导体公司、芯恩半导体公司、积塔半导体公司尤其感兴趣。其中，中芯国际已经发展成为闪地最先进、世界领先的集成电路代工企业。同学们提出了很多创业方面的问题，例如:张汝京如何识别创业机会?张汝京如何调动包括技术、设备、资金，市场和人才等资源?

张佩英女士也提了一个问题:“您现在还继续战斗在线，您的资历、能力、体力应该说没问题。从中芯国际到新昇、到芯恩、到积塔，是什么力量支撑着您这样一路走下去，而且越战越勇? ”

On December 15, 2023, in the auditorium of Shanghai Jitu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Jitu”), Executive Director Zhang Rujing delivered a speech and interacted with students from Tongji University’s School of Economics and Management who were interested in working at Jitu. Dr. Zhang Rujing, a well-known figure in the Chinese semiconductor industry, is known in the industry as “the Father of Chinese Semiconductors” for founding companies such as SMIC. Also present at the exchange were Dr. Zhou Hua, the general manager of Jitu, Ms. Zhang Peiying, the vice president of AOS Semiconductor Company in the United States, and alumni from Tongji University who were working at Jitu. Dr. Zhou Hua and Ms. Zhang Peiying both worked under the direct leadership of Dr. Zhang Rujing at SMIC. The students were particularly interested in the fact that Dr. Zhang Rujing founded SMIC, Xinsheng Semiconductor Company, Xinei Semiconductor Company, and Jitu Semi-conductor Company. Among them, SMIC has developed into the most advanced and world-leading integrated circuit foundry in China. The students raised many questions about entrepreneurship, such as: How did Dr. Zhang Rujing identify entrepreneurial opportunities? How did he mobilize resources including technology, equipment, funds, market and talents?
