摘要：供应链金融是一种以产业链真实交易为基础，通过整合物流、信息流、资金流，为核心企业及其上下游企业提供灵活金融服务的模式。其目的是利用核心企业的信用优势，优化全链条资金效率，缓解供应链里中小企业融资难题。中企云链作为供应链金融的领头羊，其业务为缓解大企业财务费用高企和供应链三角债问题，解决中小企业融资难、融资贵的问题起到了一定作用。但是，这一业务模式也存在一定风险。

Abstract: Supply chain finance is a model that provides flexible financial services for core enterprises and their upstream and downstream partners by integrating logistics, information flow, and capital flow, based on real transactions in the industrial chain. Its purpose is to leverage the credit strength of core enterprises to optimize the capital efficiency of the entire chain and alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the supply chain. As a leader in supply chain finance, Zhongqi Yunlian has played a role in addressing the high financial costs and triangular debts of large enterprises, as well as the difficulties and high costs of financing for SMEs. However, this business model also carries certain risks.
