摘 要：2010年8月乐视网在中国创业板上市，2015年5月市值超过1500多亿元，一度成为资本市场的“宠儿”。资本市场的高估值，使得乐视掌门人飘飘然了，不断玩起了套现、再融资和多元化投资的连环戏。几年时间累计套现超100多亿元，融资超400亿元，投资近500亿元，涉及行业和领域包括影视、体育、汽车、手机、金融、电商等。但盲目多元投资项目的屡屡失败导致乐视资金链断裂,业绩亏损，市值迅速蒸发,陷入了难从股票市场直接融资，不得不靠出让股权引入战略投资者解困。从资本市场的“宠儿”到被迫进行股权融资，乐视为什么在资本市场上玩不转了？这个案例的研究总结，对上市公司有典型的警示意义。
