摘 要:作为R集团在中国境内的全资子公司,杰仕达公司进入中国已10余年,如今已经成长为中国助听器行业的领跑者,更是R集团亚太区的战略发展核心。2016年初,迫于企业内部运营机制存在的问题以及未来战略发展的需要,杰仕达公司选择进行价值观重塑。本案例通过描述杰仕达公司的价值观重塑历程,分析影响价值观管理过程的因素,探讨如何确立适合企业生存发展的核心价值观,以重塑企业的精神面貌,提高企业运作效率,培育企业核心竞争力。
