摘        要： 本案例以H创投公司为研究对象，展示了互联网金融交易平台的风控系统项目的前期规划过程，从而为后期的信息系统设计和实施奠定基础。由于H创投销售“房易贷”产品的过程中效率低下，严重影响了贷款产品的销售及公司利润的提高。为此，在信息系统咨询公司的帮助下，H创投全面启动信息系统的规划工作，沿着风控系统的项目规划步骤，运用关键因素分析法，按照风险管理流程，识别该项目的风险因素，在此基础上对该风控系统进行全面的可行性分析。该项目实施后解决了公司之前贷款效率低、风险高等问题。

Abstract: Taking H venture capital company as the research object, this case shows the early planning process of the risk control system project of the Internet financial trading platform, thus laying a foundation for the later information system design and implementation.Due to the low efficiency in the sales of “fangyilai” products by H venture capital, the sales of loan products and the improvement of corporate profits have been seriously affected.Therefore, with the help of the information system, a consulting firm, H vc comprehensive start information system planning, project planning steps along the risk control system, using the key factor analysis method, according to the risk management process, identify the project risk factors, on the basis of the feasibility of the control system to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the risk.After the implementation of this project, the company solved the problems of low efficiency and high risk in previous loans.
