摘        要: 为了致力于国际化竞争并提升市场份额,国有企业亟待摒弃传统的经营理念。作为引领企业管理变的有效举措,信息化再造已迫在眉睫。本案例描述了A汽车零部件公司信息系统实施的全过程。通过对信息系统建设过程中遇到的问题进行叙述和讨论,体现了信息系统对企业长期发展的重要性,以及信息化建设的艰巨性。同时,还展示了基于流程优化与再造的企业信息化建设,对于降低成本、提高效率、品牌塑造起到了重要的作用。虽然A公司的信息化再造最后以失败告终,但是对于企业信息化再造应该注意的问题进行分析与总结,例如提高人员配合度、信息系统的社会—技术特征、ERP系统的长期适应性等,也是值得思考和重视的。

Abstract: In order to compete internationally and increase market share, state-owned enterprises need to abandon the traditional business philosophy.As an effective measure to lead enterprise management change, information reengineering is imminent.This case describes the whole process of information system implementation of A auto parts company.Through the description and discussion of the problems encountered in the process of information system construction, it reflects the importance of information system to the long-term development of enterprises, and the difficulty of information construction.At the same time, it also shows that enterprise informatization construction based on process optimization and reengineering plays an important role in reducing cost, improving efficiency and brand building.Although company A’s informatization reengineering ends in failure, it is worth thinking and paying attention to the problems that should be paid attention to in the enterprise informatization reengineering, such as improving the cooperation degree of personnel, the socio-technical characteristics of information system, and the long-term adaptability of ERP system.
