摘        要: 盛瑞传动原来的业务是柴油机非核心零件的铸造和加工,属于缺资金、缺技术、缺人才的企业。盛瑞尝试通过国际“产学研用”合作,开发技术领先的8挡自动变速器(“8AT”)并将其产业化。然而,自动变速器是汽车的核心部件,世界上只有几家跨国公司有能力研发和制造。从2007年开始,历经十年,投入10亿元,盛瑞通过与北京航空航天大学、德国开姆尼茨工业大学(Chemnitz University of Technology)、英国里卡多工程设计公司以及江铃陆风建立并加强合作关系,克服重重困难,研发出世界首款前置前驱8AT并实现产业化,荣获2016年度国家科技进步一等奖,并获得人才、隐形知识和know-how,进而培育了自主创新能力。

Abstract:   The original business of shengrui transmission is casting and processing of non-core parts of diesel engine, which is an enterprise short of capital, technology and talents.Through the international cooperation of “industry, education, research and application”, shengrui tries to develop and industrialize the advanced 8-speed automatic transmission (” 8AT “).However, the automatic transmission is the core of the car, and only a few multinational companies in the world have the ability to develop and manufacture.Starting in 2007, after ten years, spent 1 billion yuan, ShengRui with Beijing University of aeronautics and astronautics, Germany has industrial University (Chemnitz University of Technology), British ricardo engineering design company establish and strengthen cooperation and jiangling lufeng, overcome various difficulties, the development of the world’s first lead precursor 8 at and realize industrialization, won the 2016 annual national scientific and technological progress first prize, and obtain talents, tacit knowledge and know – how, and cultivate the capacity for independent innovation.
