摘        要:本案例运用战略环境PEST分析、SWOT分析、行业生命周期理论和核心竞争力等理论和方法,系统分析蒂森克虏伯集团战略调整的必要性和决策过程。运用公司治理和股东积极主义理论,分析整个战略调整的失败过程,基于该集团在研究期后经济指标一直为负面的事实,得出如下结论:企业必须考虑经济发展的趋势和自身的特点,得出符合自身发展目标的战略,并组织落实,这样才能使得传统企业获得新的生命力。

Abstract: This case uses strategic environment PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, the Life cycle theory and core competitiveness methods and theories to systematically analyze the necessity for strategic adjustment and its decision-making process of the Thyssenkrupp at that time. With corporate governance and shareholder activism, the failure of the entire strategic adjustment process will be analyzed. Based on the fact that the economic index of the group has been negative in the period after the study, the following conclusions are drawn: enterprises must keep pace with the times, consider the trend of economic development and their own characteristics, come up with strategies that meet their own development goals, and organize them to implement them, so that traditional enterprises can gain new vitality.
