Abstract: UCOMMUNE is a shared economic practitioner. At the end of 2017, UCOMMUNE completed the C round of financing with a valuation of nearly 9 billion and became a unicorn in the shared office space. However, in the initial stage, UCOMMUNE not only faced with the challenges of the pioneering practice of sharing office work in the country, but also faced the fierce competition in the related domestic formats. Based on the theory of shared value, UCOMMUNE takes a shared office as a traffic entrance and provides resource matching and sharing platform for enterprises that provide enterprises with services. With particular emphasis on the value of the community and sharing, through the community response and external sharing service system of the settled enterprises, the ecological layout and extension of the industrial chain of UCOMMUNE was successfully established to realize the all-round upgrade of the service so as to form the core competitiveness of the enterprise. This case describes the process of pioneering the development of UCOMMUNE in chronological order.
