摘 要:在新能源汽车势不可挡的趋势下和火热的并购浪潮中,汽车业老牌企业力特公司收购后起之秀泰勒公司,借助信息管理技术,重新整合现有资源,并在业务流程再造方面实施了一系列举措,包括重组销售架构、变革报价体系、优化开发流程等。业务流程再造在一开始取得了显著的成效,同时也埋下了隐患。最终,长达一年的改造过程以失败告终,业务流程再造没能给力特公司带来预期的成果,原有的问题反而变得更加糟糕。本案例旨在说明业务流程再造与企业信息化的关系以及实施流程再造的关键成功因素。
Abstract:In an unstoppable trend of new energy vehicles and a hot wave of acquisitions, Lite, a veteran leader in the automotive industry, acquired the rising star Taylor. With information management technology, Lite reintegrated existing resources and made a series of efforts in the form of BPR, including restructuring sales structure, changing quotation system, optimizing development process, etc. However, the year-long transformation process ended in failure. BPR did not bring expected results to the company, but it made things worse.
