摘        要:BF公司是一家涉足嵌入式计算机领域的技术型企业,面向军工领域提供配套电子设备的开发与销售服务,并提供完整的仓储配送服务。近些年,BF公司在物流管理中碰到一系列严峻的问题,特别是采购流程作业繁复琐碎且低效无规范、库存暴增逼近警戒值、仓储配送速度慢以至于延误等,影响着公司销售业绩和利润的提高。通过流程分析和识别,明确问题根源存在于BF的采购流程和仓储管理中。为此,在外部管理信息系统专家的帮助下,BF公司改进的组织结构,保证物流相关部门的合理操作和各部门之间的协调性,并对公司内部进行了仓储和采购系统的优化再造,为ERP的实施奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:BF is a technical company involved in the field of embedded computer, providing development and sales services of supporting electronic equipment for military industry, and providing complete warehousing and distribution services. In recent years, BF has encountered a series of severe problems in logistics management, especially the complicated and trivial procurement process, low efficiency and non-standard, the inventory explosion approaching the warning value, the slow warehousing and distribution speed and even delay, which affect the company’s sales performance and profit improvement. Through process analysis and identification, it is further clarified that the unreasonable R&D and purchasing process of BF Company results in huge purchasing expenditure, serious sluggish inventory and inefficient overall work, which seriously affects the company’s sale and profit improvement. Therefore, with the help of external management information system experts, BF company improved its organizational structure to ensure the reasonable operation of related logistics departments and the coordination among all departments, and optimized and reconstructed the warehousing and procurement system within the company, which laid a good foundation for the implementation of ERP.
