Abstract:This case mainly describes the gains and losses of Chenzheng Company after it introduced OKR as a performance management tool at the beginning of 2018 from no performance management system. At the same time, it has the traditional physical sales department and the emerging e-commerce department. The organizational structure of the coexistence of old and new structures brings great challenges to the performance management of The Company. After more than one year of implementation and application of OKR, some disputes appeared in Performance management of Chenzheng Company, and people began to question the original intention of using OKR. How to keep the competitiveness of the enterprise in the subsequent development, improve the initiative and creativity of employees, and help employees and the enterprise grow together are the problems that the company needs to pay attention to in the performance management reform.
