We are proud to announce WHU’s 5th European Bachelor Summer Institute “The Business, Political and Cultural Environment in Europe” – Offer the opportunity to your BSc students to profit from a high quality tailor made program!
We are happy to introduce some new structures in the program (please see below).
Date
June 2 – June 14, 2013
We would be more than happy to welcome some of your students on WHU campus this June. As the program lasts until late Friday evening, the departure day is Saturday June 15, 2013.
Highlights
Particularities of the program will be the visits to one of Germany’s major international companies and to either the European Central Bank or the German Central Bank.
NEW: Nomination on exchange basis or tuition basis
Students nominated by our partner institution on a 3:1 basis (meaning that for three students attending the European Bachelor Summer Institute, WHU may send one semester exchange student) only have to pay a registration fee of € 389. This fee covers the cost for course materials, the chartered airport shuttle on June 2 and June 15, a welcome reception, luncheons, the farewell dinner, excursions, socials, company visits and a local bus ticket.
All other students will be charged an additional tuition fee of the amount of € 1,549 in addition to the registration fee.
We are happy to discuss with you whether your students should be nominated on exchange or tuition basis.
Housing in single rooms costs € 315 for the two weeks.
Please note that we will have an online payment procedure which helps to simplify the way of transferring the fees for our Summer Program internationally. It will allow your students to easily and rapidly pay the fees for the program – by credit card – without being confronted with extra-fees usually charged for the money transfer.
After having received the registration forms I will provide you and your students with login and password information to proceed to the payment website.
Registration
This program is tailored to Bachelor students in Business Administration, who are interested to learn more about the business environment in Europe.
For registration, nominated students are asked to print the registration form and send the filled form to WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, International Relations, Burgplatz 2, 56179 Vallendar, Germany or email a scanned version to julia.wassermann@whu.edu .
