吴思斌博士现为美国德克萨斯大学RGV校区的终身教授，系主任。研究兴趣主要为高层管理及团队创新，国际创业，及初创企业的创业动机。他的研究发表在Academy of Management Journal, Information and Management, Journal of Business Research, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal and International Journal of Mobile Communication等SSCI期刊上。
