
2018年3月19日至23日,来自德国汉堡物流与技术大学的9名MBA学员在我院参加了为期5天的“绿色物流”短期研讨课程班。尽管学员们分别来自德国、法国、墨西哥、巴西、伊朗、丹麦、波兰,有着不同的文化和行业背景,但他们都抱着开放和学习的心态,希望通过这样的访学经历能够对各自行业领域的物流管理有所启发。
本次学习由同济师资与德国汉堡物流与技术大学教授联合授课和企业参访组成。教授们就“中国经济”、“低碳物流网络的设计”、“绿色物流的精益管理”、“供应链复杂关系管理”等主题,用理论结合实际,从宏观经济环境、可持续发展、物流行业的趋势等角度为学员们解读了具有中国特色的绿色物流现状。为了帮助学员们理解,我院组织学员们参观了博世有限公司、一汽大众生产线以及BestWay百适乐有限公司,实地考察企业的生产制造供应链模式,使学员们对中国经营模式、特别是物流管理理念和现状有了直观的感受。
此外,我们还安排了学员们与同济MBA学员互动交流。活动结束后学员们都纷纷感叹:与来自不同国家、文化的学员交流,不但了解到中国企业在海外的迅猛发展,同时也感受到了中国近年来快速发展,改变了许多原有的错误认知。
德国汉堡物流与技术大学是一所独立的、受德国教育部认可的、注重于物流和管理的私立大学。学校由非盈利机构–Kuehne基金会资助,于2010年在德国汉堡正式成立。该大学在被誉为“德国华尔街日报”–《商报》颁布的德国大学教授人均研究成果量排名第三,在德国综合大学教育排名– CHE大学排名中也名列前茅。我院与该校以及美国田纳西大学合作于2017年启动了中德美三方国际供应链管理硕士联合培养项目,旨在培养具有国际化视野的供应链管理人才。(稿件提供:国际合作与认证办公室)
SEM Successfully Hosted 2018 “Sustainable Logistics Operation” Workshop for Kuehne Logistics University MBA Delegation
From March 19th to 23rd, 2018, SEM successfully hosted 9 MBA students from Kuehne Logistics University (KLU) to have a five-day program on “Sustainable Logistics Operation”. Students come from Germany, French, Mexico, Iran, Danish and Poland. They have different nationalities, education experience and industry backgrounds, while they share a same goal to optimize the logistics management in their fields.
The workshop consists of seminars jointly delivered by Tongji and KLU faculties, followed by company visits. The workshop covered the topics on Understanding Chinese Economy, Designing Low Footprint Distribution Networks, Warehousing, Implementing Lean and Green Logistics and Managing Multiple Complex Expectation Effectively. Tongji faculties analyzed Chinese-featured green logistics by the following perspectives, Chinese macro-economic, sustainability, the issues, solutions and trend of logistics. Combined with lecture content, students visited Volkswagen, BestWay and Maglev lab/ Wind tunnel lab on Tongji Jiading campus.
They not only enjoyed high-end dialogue with companies’ executives, but also visited manufacture sites. The 3 company visits helped students to better understand and compare the operation models and logistics management differences from overseas enterprises.
Kuehne Logistics University (KLU) is a private, state-accredited university located on Hamburg’s harbor, founded in 2010.
