讲座摘要 | ABSTRACT

Professor Lee will share profound insights on leading change in the age of artificial intelligence, drawing from her research in the field of proactivity, which includes creativity, innovation, proactive work performance, and voice behavior. She will explore how to inspire employee proactivity, drive innovation within organizations in rapidly changing environments, and offer practical advice for leaders to better guide their teams and organizations through AI-driven transformations. The lecture will combine theory and practice, providing attendees with cutting-edge knowledge on organizational behavior, leadership, and change management.

Cynthia LEE教授结合她在主动性领域(包括创造力、创新、主动工作表现和建言行为)的研究成果,分享如何在人工智能时代引领变革的深刻见解。探讨如何激发员工的主动性,推动组织在快速变化的环境中实现创新,并为领导者提供实用建议,帮助他们在AI时代更好地引导团队和组织的变革。讲座结合理论与实践,为听众提供关于组织行为、领导力和变革管理的前沿知识。

讲者介绍 | GUEST BIO

Professor Lee is a distinguished scholar and educator in the fields of organizational behavior and leadership. She currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, International Management, Organizational Behavior in Co-op Settings, and Leadership in Diverse and Multicultural Environments. Professor Lee has also taught Ph.D. seminars on employment relationships at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her initiative to introduce a consulting project at the graduate level has been adopted and integrated into the D’Amore-McKim School of Business graduate program. Additionally, she launched a fundraising class project at both undergraduate and graduate levels, teaching students essential skills in leadership and teamwork.

Her research interests span leading change and innovation, performance management, and the evolving nature of employment relationships, including psychological contracts and job insecurity. Professor Lee serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Behavior, where she also works as a special issue co-editor. She is an ad hoc reviewer for Human Resource Management and an external mentor for Ting Cheng at the University of Jyväskylä. Professor Lee is also a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
