报告人简介：
关浩光，美国德雷塞尔大学管理学博士，上海财经大学国际工商管理学院助理教授，先后在《Academy of Management Journal》 、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Journal of Management》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice》、《Family Business Review》、《Human Resource Management》、《Human Relations》、《Leadership Quarterly》、《《International Journal of Hospitality Management》、《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Journal of Managerial Psychology》、《Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology》、《Journal of Vocational Behavior》以及《管理世界》等国内外著名杂志上发表了20余篇论文。曾获得美国管理学年会（AOM）最佳会议论文和中国管理研究国际学会（IACMR）最佳会议论文。
