Fu Yongkang, City University of Hong Kong-Fudan University DBA, has devoted himself to the research and practice of project management for many years. Served as the Deputy Director of the PMI China Editorial Board and judge of the PMI China Project Management Awards, Mr. Fu is familiar with PMI standards and PMBOK project management knowledge system. Besides, he has translated many authoritative works including PMI Organizational Project Management Standards and PMI Project Management Practice Guide, and has founded Shanghai Qinghui Project Management Training Center. Mr. Fu has made outstanding contributions to the field of project management and the training of project management talents.

The Qinghui Scholarship of Tongji University: The Qinghui Project Management Scholarship of Tongji University was set up and donated by Shanghai Qinghui Management Consulting Co., Ltd., aiming to further inspire master degree candidates of engineering and engineering management to study cutting-edge theories of project management and practice advanced methods of project management. In this regard, it promotes the continuous improvement and development of the project management system and create greater social value. The scholarship is awarded on five-year basis, and each year, four master students of Engineering/ Engineering Management with excellent academic performance and outstanding performance in academic research or professional development in Tongji University may apply and receive funding from this program.
