• Elaboration of operation plan.
• Standard operation sheets.
• Process FMEA.
• In station process control and equipment.
• Develop all process related gauges, fixtures etc.
• Continuous Improvement Process.
• Advanced Manufacturing Processes and Technology.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering – or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge in CAD programs.
• An excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and German.  
• Flexibility and dedication.
• Strong soft skills and capacity of teamwork.
• Working self dependent.
• Good skills in MS-Office applications.
• Cross-cultural competence.
