Urgent Notice: please come to Rm405 Yuntong building with your police paper for temporary accomodation

Dear international students,
In order to prepare the special introduction letter for you (which is required for your visa or residence permit application), the office need your FULL and EXACT residence address in Shanghai IN CHINESE.
Please carry with your police paper of temporary accommodation (which contains the Chinese address of your current residence ) and come to Room 405, Yuntong Building, School of Economics and Management at the following time:
September 10th, Mon: 13:00 – 16:30
September 11th, Tues: 13:00 – 16:30
Those who are not able to present the police paper in due time should be responsible for all the consequence by him- or herself.
