Yiyi Su (Ph.D Peking University) is a professor in management in the School of Economics and Management of Tongji University, Shanghai, China. Her research centres on innovation and entrepreneurship, corporate governance and Chinese Management. Her recent studies are published in Long Range Planning, Entrepreneurship & Regional Development, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Management International Review, Management and Organization Review and Asia Pacific Journal of Management. Currently she is the regional associate editor of Chinese Management Studies and serve in the review board of Quarterly Journal of Management.
