Position Title:    Market Developer

Department or Function:       Marketing

Location:    Songjiang, Shanghai

Job Purpose:

To continue to develop the market and customer relations based on China market, marketing and competitor analyses.

–          Define annual marketing plan based on global marketing strategy and local market conditions

–          Define and control annual marketing budget

–          Implementation of PoS strategy based on market and customer requirement

–          Prepare Promotion activities based on market and customer requirement

–          PR/ Media/CI/ Benchmarking

Requirements:

Knowledge

–          university degree in an economics-related field

–          business-fluent English are a must, and knowledge of Chinese or German is an asset

Skills

–          a proven track record in an internationally positioned company or related experience in an international work placement

–          experience in marketing and/or selling brand products

–          the ability to work independently, strategically and methodically, and a passion for sales

–          team spirit/communication skills
