报告内容摘要

Emotion is now piquing mounting interest in information systems research. This presentation sheds new light on how emotions can be incorporated in behavioral information systems security research. We will revisit the current state of emotion-driven research in IS security. In addition, we argue that negative emotions such as anger and fear can influence employees' deviant behaviors in organizations. This study is the first attempt endeavoring to scientifically analyze the crucial role of emotions in security behaviors. We will also present possible future research subjects and directions.

罗欣 (Xin “Robert” Luo)，四川师范大学学士，美国路易斯安娜大学硕士，美国密西西比州立大学博士，现任美国新墨西哥大学（The University of New Mexico）安德森管理学院校董事会荣誉教授(Regent’s Professor)和管理信息系统和信息安全保障的终身教授, 同时担任学院国际项目中心的主任和信息保障研究和教育中心的副主任。罗欣博士目前是International Journal of Information and Computer Security以及International Journal of Accounting and Information Management等两家国际期刊的主编。同时，他也在全球最顶级的管理信息系统期刊MIS Quarterly的客座副编辑，及担任全球知名期刊Decision Sciences, European Journal of Information Systems, Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research及全球信息系统最高学术年会(International Conference on Information Systems)的副编辑。此外，罗欣博士受邀于2017年客座主持全球顶级期刊Decision Sciences的关于信息和运筹科学的特刊和Information & Management的关于社交商务的特刊。他分别还于2015年和2016年客座主持全球决策科学著名期刊Decision Support Systems的关于信息安全的特刊和管理信息系统的顶级期刊European Journal of Information Systems的信息安全及隐私特刊的客座副编辑。罗欣博士也担任美国国家自然科学基金(U.S. National Science Foundation)在信息安全和隐私研究基金方面的评审专家。他的研究和教学基金申请都已分别获得美国和中国的国家自然科学基金资助。

罗欣博士的主要研究兴趣主要在信息系统安全管理，电子商务/移动商务，创新性技术用于战略决策和开发（云计算，绿色信息系统，社会网络），跨文化信息技术管理。罗欣博士在同行审阅的国际学术期刊、书籍和会议录上出版超过90篇科研报告。他的科研论文在国际顶级或著名的期刊发表，如Computers & Security, Communications of the ACM, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Information＆ Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems。其中他在Decision Support Systems和Journal of Strategic Information Systems期刊上面发表的三篇文章被列为至2010年以来被引用率最高的科研成果(most cited articles)。此外，罗欣博士的研究成果也受到社会媒体的关注。他在2015年接受美国KRQE电视台的专访深入讨论和介绍了信息安全管理的趋势和受到的恶意侵入式程序(勒索软件)威胁等。

罗欣博士在近年多次担任大型和国际学术会议的学术指导、学术编委及主席。例如2017年互联网+、大数据和商业创新国际会议共同主席、2017年欧洲决策科学年会国际顾问委员、2016年美洲信息系统年会亚太分区共同主席、2014年担任亚太信息系统年会的博士生论坛指导顾问；2013和2014年亚太信息系统年会的用户行为及信息安全及隐私两个方向的共同主席；2014年第六届中美高级电子商务论坛美方主席；2012年国际软件知识信息管理及应用会议的用户体验及企业系统的共同主席；2010年电子服务及商务智能会议的共同主席；2008至2010年美洲信息系统年会大中华区信息通信技术方向的共同主席等。作为全球最顶级的信息系统安全研究会议 (IFIP WG8.11/WG 11.13 The DewaldRoode Information Security Workshop)的创始成员之一，罗欣博士还于2012年获得该组织的最佳评审奖。2009年至今被美国Marquis选入“全球名人录”(Who is Who in the World)。
