摘要：Extensive discussion centers around the question of whether affirmative action (AA) in higher education “works,” despite AA being in practice a continuous policy instrument. We study how the dose of AA affects its intended beneficiaries by exploiting a nationwide AA program in China’s centralized college admissions system.

个人简介： 李腾，中山大学国际金融学院教授、学术部主任，中山大学高级金融研究院研究员，国家重大人才工程青年人才，中山大学“逸仙学者”、哈佛大学访问教授、美国经济研究局访问学者。主要的研究方向是劳动与环境经济学。研究发表于Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management，Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes，Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization，《经济研究》《管理世界》《经济学（季刊）》和《世界经济》等国内外经济学期刊，并被Economist, VoxEU, VoxChina，Bloomberg, Medical Xpress, 腾讯、新浪财经、凤凰网和网易等国内外媒体和智库研究报道。
