讲座大纲：We have recently completed a 10 year study of innovation in architecture, engineering and construction, based primarily on the buildings designed by world renowned architect, Frank O. Gehry. His accomplishments as an architect are well-known, especially the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain and the Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, but we discovered that he is also a profoundly original and effective leader of innovation, whose approach to design has important lessons for every manager. In this lecture I will summarize our findings and present the insights we gained for using his approach to design for improving management and management education.
