SPEAKER：Prof.Uco Jillert Wiersma  

Dr. Uco received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, U.S.A. and his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. He developed Human Resource policy for the New York Stock Exchange. Thereafter he worked at universities in Holland, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai. He is currently a professor in the School of Economics and Management at Tongji University.
