Lecture title: “How do entrepreneurs behave? The effectual attitude”
The pitch: Entrepreneurial cognition allows to know more about the way expert entrepreneurs think. Differences between managers and entrepreneurs’ reasoning are big and can be easily described and understood.
Speaker’s Background:
52 years old, Entrepreneurship and Innovation ,PhD in Management Sciences at Telecom ParisTech.
Currently Associate Professor at SKEMA Business School, Dominique started its career as an information system consultant at Bull Company then PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2001, after experimenting to be an entrepreneur during 5 years, Dominique moved to SKEMA Business School to lead the TEEE-Inn European project. He also coached well known successful start-ups like Seemage, Benomad. He is the inventor of the Innovation Systemic Marketing Analysis method called ISMA360®. Built on specific theoretical frameworks: Effectuation, Sciences of Design and Complexity, this is a new approach applicable to strategy when uncertainty is high.
