2017年1月16日至20日，来自美国百森商学院的23名创业学研究生在我院参加了为期5天的“创业在中国”短期研讨课程。本次来访的学员拥有不同国家的国籍和多元化的教育背景，并希望毕业后能够创建自己的公司。
研讨课程分为同济师资教学、创业者访问、和企业参访、企业嘉宾案例分享。教授们就“中国经济和商业文化”，“中国的科技创新创业”，和“创业在中国”等主题理论结合实际，从宏观经济环境、社会文化环境、科技技术以及创业环境等维度为学员们解读了具有中国特色的创业环境；同济经管研究生/MBA学员和百森研究生联合组成7个小组，分别采访了7位在华创业的外国人，学习他们作为外来者在华创业的体验；通过参访企业，公司高层和学员们交流了其O2O商业模式的特色，同时，学员们也将海外值得借鉴的参考案例分享给企业，为企业提供了新的视角；本次研讨课程特邀了来自传统餐饮行业的甘其食创始人兼CEO童启华先生和科技行业的摩拜单车上海区总经理姚呈武先生担任企业嘉宾，分享他们在中国的创业经历和公司未来的国际化战略。

SEM Successfully Hosted 2017 Entrepreneurship Workshop for Babson College Entrepreneurial Leadership Delegation
From January 16th to 20th, 2017, SEM successfully hosted a group of Entrepreneurial Leadership Master students from Babson College to have a five-day program on “Entrepreneurship in China”. The students of Babson have over 10 nationalities and various education backgrounds, while they share a same goal to build their own businesses after graduation from college.
The workshop consists of 3 lectures delivered by Tongji faculty, “Exposure Project”, 1 company visit and 2 guest lectures shared by Chinese entrepreneurs. The workshop covered the topics from Introduction to Chinese Economy and Business Culture, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Technology-based to Entrepreneurship in China. Tongji faculty analyzed Chinese-featured entrepreneurial environment from macro-economic, cultural, technological and policy-oriented perspectives. Babson students teamed up with Tongji SEM master/MBA students to work on exposure projects by interviewing 7 expats who started up companies in China. Through the field trip to Kang Ping Hui (KPH) (a local chain company which provides a wide range of healthy and high quality foods) and the interaction with the company’s management, participants gained a better understanding of O2O business model at the same time successful overseas cases have also been shared by participants with the company as references. Last but not least, SEM invited Chinese entrepreneurs from the traditional food industry, Mr. Tom TONG, the Founder and CEO of Tom’s Baobao, as well as from the tech industry, Mr. Michael YAO, the General Manager of Mobike Shanghai, to share their start-ups experience and international expansion strategies. Students were full of curiosity and excitement and raised many insightful questions to Tom and Michael. After the 5-day program, they left China with new lenses.
