Shouming Chen is Full Professor of Innovation & Strategy in the School of Economics and Management at Tongji University in China. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Fudan University. His research interests include strategic management, innovation, corporate social responsibility, and business ethics. His work has been published in such journals as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Social Indicators Research, Australian Journal of Management,Journal of Cleaner Production, and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications.
