On December 30^th of 2020, the 4^th Quarterly Symposium of Shanghai Real Estate Economic Society was held in Tongji SEM. The symposium was hosted by Shanghai Real Estate Economic Society and co-hosted by the Department of Project Management and the Department of Economics and Finance of Tongji SEM. Focusing on social hot spots, the symposium was themed with “40 Years of Housing System Reform and Re-starting”.
