On October 23^rd, 2021, the finals of the 3^rd National University Real Estate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held at Tongji SEM.

The judges of the finals are HU Runfeng, Executive General Manager of Rongsheng Development Brand Center, WAN Lu, Director of Creation Center of China Architecture Shanghai Design and Research Institute, GAO Zhi, Chief Representative of Canada Baojia International Architectural Design Group in China, DENG Hongqian, Professor, School of Economics and Business Administration of Central China Normal University, WU Jing, Deputy Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and Hydraulic Engineering of Tsinghua University, TANG Daizhong, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Management and Real Estate of Tongji SEM, HU Jinxing, Executive Dean of the Oriental Real Estate Research Institute of East China Normal University, and LI Shilong, Associate Professor, Chongqing University.

The theme of the competition is how to build a smart city and achieve green development by relying on the superior natural conditions such as ecological farmland, water system, forest and tea field in the era of digital economy, combined with the national eco-cultural tourism development strategy. Tongji University and Tsinghua University won the “Real Estate Innovation Award” and the “Golden Key Award for Real Estate Entrepreneurship” respectively, the highest awards in the competition. Chongqing University won the “Best Creative Idea Award”, Central China Normal University won the “Best Social Responsibility Award”, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology won the “Best Design Presentation Award”, East China Normal University won the “Best Economic Analysis Award”, Shandong University won the “Best Planning Award”, Southeast University, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, South China University of Technology, and Harbin Institute of Technology won the “Special Nomination Award”.
