Recently, the kick-off meeting for the compilation of the third edition of “Project Management“, edited by Professor DING Shizhao of Tongji SEM and published by China Construction Industry Press, was successfully held.

The meeting was charied by Professor WANG Guangbin, Director of the Department of Project Management of SEM. Professor DING Shizhao, Professor SHI Qian, Senior Deputy Dean of SEM, ZHANG Jing, Editor and Reviewer of China Construction Industry Press, and Professor CHEN Jianguo, Professor LE Yun, Professor GAO Xin, Professor CAO Jiming, Professor HE Qinghua, Professor LI Yongkui, Associate Professor SUN Jide, etc., attended the meeting.

“Project Management“, edited by Professor DING Shizhao and the faculty team of the Engineering Management Institute of Tongji University, was first published in 2005 and revised for the first time in 2013. The printing volume of this textbook has accumulated to more than 200,000 copies, and it has been listed as a textbook by more than 150 universities. This book has been awarded the National “12th Five-Year Plan” Textbook, the National Excellent Online Course, and the 2021 National Excellent Textbook, and it also has been selected as the textbooks of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development during the National “14th Five-Year Plan”.
