ChinaScope Financial is looking for Support Consultants to be the vital link between financial professionals and our in-depth, China focused platform. As part of the support team, you will assist our global client base by combining a thorough understanding of finance and technology with expertise of the ChinaScope platform. Consultants help clients streamline their research and analysis process by providing creative solutions through expert phone, e-mail and on-site consultation. In addition to their daily responsibilities, Consultants will have the opportunity to take part in training programs where they learn about the financial markets and the analysis techniques used by our clients.

 

·           Taking ownership of, investigating and resolving client issues, including financial questions, platform navigation, technical issues and other customer concerns;

·           Thorough knowledge of ChinaScope’s Platform andability to help guide our clients through the platform;

·           Establish credibility and confidence in each customer interaction to ensure the highest level of customer service;

·           Help support the Sales team on a daily basis and will work closely with the, Financial & Analytics and Technology teams on any client issues.

 

·           College Graduate (Bachelors degree; preferably with a degree in finance, accounting, sales and marketing, business);

·           Fluent in English and Chinese;

·           Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a customer-focused attitude;

·           Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize in demanding situations;

·           Advanced interpersonal and teamwork skills;

·           Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases;

·           Successful candidates will be detail oriented, focused and capable of multi-tasking;

·           A bright, fast learner with a strong interest in learning about financial markets;

·           A desire and flexibility to learn and grow in an ever-changing environment.
