Delegation of SEM Visits Reading University & New Castle University in UK

From Nov 19 to 25, 2009, Prof. Jianwei WU, Vice Dean for International Relations and Collaboration of SEM, and Prof. Song CHEN, Director of SIMBA program, visit Reading University and New Castle University. Both parties exchange views on potential collaborations of student exchange, double degree, and faculty exchange programs and reach common understanding.
In Reading University, the delegation meets with both heads of School of Construction Management and Engineering, and School of Real Estate and Planning of Henley Business School. Both parties feel positive and active toward the Double Master’s Degree and Double Bachelor-Master’s Degree Programs and an agreement is expected to be signed in 2010.
In New Castle University, the delegation meets with the Dean of Business School and exchange views on joint research, faculty and student exchange possibilities. A general MOU has been signed and in spring 2010, MBA student exchange is expected to be kicked off.
