Prof. Weimin MA Awarded as New Researcher of the Ninth National Operations Research

From August 1st to 5th, 2010, Prof. Weimin MA, PhD supervisor of SEM, participated in the Eighth Annual Conference of Uncertainty Systems,and the 12th National Youth Conference on Information and Management Sciences held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. Prof. Weimin MA delivered the report on Mining Potentially More Interesting Association Rules with Fuzzy Interest Measure, meanwhile, Prof. MA was elected as the Vice Director of next Chapter’s Uncertainty System Branch of Operations Research Society of China and was awarded as the New Researcher of the Ninth National Operations Research. With Prof. MA’s effort, SEM acquires to host the Tenth National Session of Uncertainty Systems and the Fourteenth National Youth Conference on Information and Management Sciences jointly with North University for Nationalities in Yinchuan, Ningxia Province.
