On 23th August, 2010, Shanghai-Darmstadt Executive Development Program in Construction and Management (Summer School, 2010) was launched in Research Institute of Construction Management, Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. The opening ceremony was hosted by Madam. Xiaoling SUN, Director of EDP Center of SEM-Tongji. Prof. Christoph Motzko, Head of Research Institute of Construction Management, and Vice President of Technical University of Darmstadt, addressed a welcome speech. Prof. Jianguo CHEN, Head of RIPAM (Research Institute of Project Administration and Management), Tongji University delivered the opening speech.
