SEM has been authorized by the Academic Degree Committee of State Council to add one 1^st disciplinary level PhD program in Applied Economics and one 1^st disciplinary level Master program in Public Administration. Up till now, approved by Academic Degree Committee of State Council the State Ministry, SEM has established three 1^st level disciplinary PhD programs (Management Science & Engineering, Business Administration and Applied Economics) and four 1^st level disciplinary Master programs (Management Science & Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics and Public Administration).
