SEM Holds Disneyland Project Construction & Innovative Technology Seminar

On May 11th, the seminar on the construction and innovative technology of Disneyland Project, co-hosted by School of Economics and Management, College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University and Center for Integrated Facility Engineering, Stanford University, took place in the lecture hall of Yuntong Building. This seminar was sponsored by Walt Disney Imagineering, Shanghai Construction Consultants Trade Association, Shanghai Society of Civil Engineering, the Investment Association of China, China Association of Construction Education and the Association of the American Cost Engineer. The seminar was aimed at promoting the application of VDC theory and method in Disneyland Project and later on a national level and establishing a platform for international communication among experts on informationized construction, technicians in the related fields and enterprise executives.
