On the 16th of August, 2011, a signing ceremony of cooperation between School of Economics and Management, Tongji University and Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. Is held in Yifu Building. The cooperation agreement is signed by Prof. DONG Qi, Vice President of Tongji and Mr. XU Yongfa, President of POWERLONG. Prof. HUO Jiazhen, Dean of SEM and Mr. XU present the certificate of Tongji-POWERLONG Training Center. POWERLONG donates one million yuan to POWELONG Education Funds.
