Dr. JIA Guangshe from the Department of Construction Management and Real Estate of SEM, was awarded with honorary title as Outstanding Builder of Shanghai Key Construction Projects, due to his contribution to project management of Shanghai key construction projects, namely Shanghai Pudong Int’l Airport project, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport project and Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Hub project. This is the second time for Dr. JIA to be awarded with this honorary title following the 2009 award. Research Team of Tongji University has also been awarded with such honorary title in 2008 and 2009 in succession.

 

The Key Construction Projects Competition in Shanghai is held once every year, aiming to recognize relative organizations and individuals for their outstanding performance in the city’s construction of key projects and urban management.
