At the end of April, the Forum on " Innovative Approach to Commercial Real Estate in China ", organized by the EDP Center of our school, took place in the Tongji Building Block A. Mr. SHI Jiangang, professor of SEM and Dean of Tongji University Jingwei Real Estate Research Institute; Mr. XUE Jiongwen, partner and Vice President of AdFaith Management Consulting; Mr. PAN Tao, General Manager of Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited; Mr. WU Yang, Non-executive Director of Shanghai Zendai Estate Group and President of Shanghai Zendai Bund International Financial Services Center Properties Ltd.; and Mr. GAO Dong, Vice President of Shanghai Huge Group Co., Ltd and Dean of Shanghai Sunyat Architecture Design Co., Ltd present at the forum together with over 200 executive managers from large-scale enterprises.

 

The guests carry out heated and interactive discussions around issues as “Will Commercial Real Estate be the Only Way Out for Developers Under the Circumstances of Regulation on Purchase Control?”, “How can Developers Thrust Out a Unique Profit Mode of Commercial Real Estate Under the Trend of Homogenization of Commercial Real Estate?” and “What are the Essentials of Planning and Operation of Commercial Real Estate?”.

 

This forum creates a platform of full range communications for corporate executives.
