The video of Administration Basic Principle and Practice Analysis, National Essence Course, was published on the website of Ministry of Education. The course is conducted by the faculty from Department of Public Administration. The instructor team includes its leading instructor, Prof. SUN Rong, three co-faculty, Dr. XU Hong, Dr. YANG Beilei and Dr. ZOU Shanshan. Prof. SUN is a well-known expert in Theory and Methods of Administration since 1980s.

The essence course combines the theory of current administration management in China and case study from an international perspective, which help the students to better understand the theory and promote their capability of analysis and operations.

National Essence Courses are elected by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance since 2011. It is an internet-based platform of teaching to create a national high-educated study for the public.
