SEM Hosts 2013 Doing Business in China Global Lab for Lehigh Undergraduate Delegation

From Jan. 4 to 9, 2013, a delegation of 18 undergraduates from Lehigh University attended the “Doing business in China” Global Lab hosted by SEM, Tongji University. The program is consisted of a series of seminars delivered by SEM faculty focusing on China’s fast growing economy and financial issues, its opportunities and challenges. Three company visits and trips to Suzhou and Hangzhou enabled students to experience in person China’s economic market and the development of metropolitan cities.

Lehigh University is ranked 37th in the newly released 2011 “Guide to America’s Best Colleges,” by US News and World Report. Lehigh’s College of Business and Economics was ranked 31th in the best business school in the United State by 2012 Business Week and is accredited by the authoritative AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). CBE is also very strong and ranked top 10 in the US in the specialty areas as operations management, corporate strategy and finance.
