In the late June of 2014, Prof. ZHU Dajian, Director of Tongji SEM Sustainable Development and Management Institute and Zheng Tong a Ph. D candidate majoring in Economics of Sustainable Development were invited by Cranfield University, UK to take part in “Circular Economy” Summer School. There are about 50 scholars and students from 12 famous universities all over the world who have joined the one-week summer seminar. In forms like academic lecture, individual performance, brain storming, group competition, they made lots of effective discussion and thinking on areas related with circular economy such as industrial design, business mode and reverse logistics, participated in the Second Circular Economy Annual Meeting held by London and visited University of Oxford.
