On the evening of Oct.31, the International Department of SEM Students Union and the Guitar Association jointly organized the Halloween Night in Student Activity Center, which went on smoothly.

The Halloween Night event was divided into five parts, which were food area, decoration area, recreation area, game area and performance area. The entire venue was also decorated with balloons, spider webs, and hand-painted black veil, which showed the terror and horror atmosphere of the Halloween Night.

Food area – It is filled with attractive beer, colorful cocktails and creative drinks called blood bags, there were also bread, chips, fruit juice and other food for free.

Decoration area – It has a variety of party masks, noble fox masks, traditional Peking Opera masks, and even creative DIY mask, attracting many foreign students’ attention.

Recreation area – It provides a small snack and a relaxation area with tables and chairs so that foreign students can take a break, while enjoying delicious food and music.

Game area – The highly anticipated game area naturally attracted the most students. Creative DIY make-up made both foreign and Chinese students very enjoyable. Multiplayer co-production of pumpkins strengthened students’ communication and enhanced their friendship. Mysterious witch divination and wonderful Halloween magic made this Halloween even more mysterious.

Performance area- It has become a highlight of the event. There were passionate rock, vibrant singing, and skillful guitar playing.

Finally, after the host announced the winners of grimace competition, the carnival night came to the end. This Halloween not only left foreign students with joyful memories, but also enhanced Chinese students’ understanding of foreign festivals, as well as the friendship between sino-foreign students.
