Our School signs the Collaborative Agreement with EMLYON Business School, France, and EDHEC Business School, France

In Dec.2014, School of Economics and Management (hereinafter referred to as SEM), Tongji University, signed collaborative agreements with EMLYON Business School, France and EDHEC Business School, France, respectively. Both two schools ranked top 10 among all French business schools, which further strengthened our cooperation with elite business schools in France. Currently, SEM has established tight cohesion with several well-known business schools in France, including schools ranked top among European business schools, such as ESSEC Business School, ESCP Europe, Grenoble School of Management, Audencia Nantes School of Management, etc.
Build Students exchange program with EDHEC Business School on Bachelor Level
In Dec.2014,SEM initiated cooperation with EDHEC Business School, France. The two parties would start student exchange, faculty exchange, joint research and cooperation. From Sep.2015, the two parties will kickoff non-degree bachelor student exchange program.
The two main campuses of EDHEC Business School were situated in Lille and Nice, France. It has been awarded the three authoritative accreditations of EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB. In the 2014 Eduniversal ranking, it ranked 8th among all French business schools, with four leaves. It is regarded as the Top Business School with significant international influence. In 2014 Financial Times ranking of European Business Schools, EDHEC Business School ranked the 17th in Europe. Its Master in Finance pre-experience program ranked 3rd in the 2014 Financial Times Ranking, right after HEC Paris, France and ESADE Business School, Spain.
Expand Mutual Students Exchange to Bachelor Level with EMLYON Business School
On Dec 1st, 2014, SEM signed student exchange agreement with EMLYON Business School. The two parties decide to expand existing student exchange from master level further to the bachelor level. The two schools started master student exchange as early as in Sep.2006.
EMLYON Business School was established in 1872 by the local chamber of commerce, which was affiliated to the LYON Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It was built 9 years earlier than HEC Paris, France, which was the fourth oldest business school in France. EMLYON has been awarded the three authoritative accreditations of EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB. In the 2014 Eduniversal ranking, EMLYON has been ranked 4th among all French business schools, with five leaves. It is regarded as the UNIVERSAL business school with strong global influence. In 2014 Financial Times ranking of European Business Schools, EMLYON Business School ranked the 14th in Europe.
